Evidence inventory
Records, sources, versions and the product/period each item claims to cover. Receipt is distinguished from review.
This is not a self-assessment. We review your agreed import model and available records, test the relationships between them and write down what needs to happen next.
TYRE IMPORTER / FICTIONAL FLOW
12 pages · Written findings · Owner/action planThe cap is up to five product/SKU families, not five individual items in every possible configuration. We select one representative flow and up to two chains together. Additional entities, flows, chains or specialist work require separate scoping.
A bounded evidence review with a tangible deliverable: your EUDR Import Readiness & Operations Report. We do not simply send you a questionnaire, calculate a generic readiness score or recommend software without examining the operating dependencies.
Records, sources, versions and the product/period each item claims to cover. Receipt is distinguished from review.
The shipment-to-batch-to-input-to-origin route; format and coverage questions; missing relationships and untested assumptions.
What prevents progress, which flow is affected and what the available evidence cannot establish.
A specific request, responsible role, closure evidence and priority for each material issue.
A practical routine for requests, review gates, repeat flows and evidence changes; dependencies before recurring support.
An explanation of the report, open decisions and next actions. The written report remains available for internal follow-through.
For a tyre importer, that means tracing the selected goods through SKU and batch references, the manufacturer’s natural-rubber inputs, processor or supplier records and the asserted production plots. We distinguish missing records from records that cannot be linked to the goods.
Plot set PS-07 has been received, but the manufacturer has not reconciled output batch B-A17 to its natural-rubber input lots. The action is to obtain and review that allocation relationship, not to ask for another copy of the coordinates.
You do not need complete evidence before starting. Missing information is recorded as a finding. Where a technical check, source-authenticity review, legality question or land-use assessment needs specialist work, the report states what was actually reviewed and what remains outside the diagnostic.
We cannot create undocumented sourcing history, map unknown farms or guarantee that an uncooperative supplier will respond. A recurring service may be unsuitable until an upstream dependency is resolved.
View the 12-page fictional tyre-importer example or download the illustrative report (PDF). It shows the inventory, flow map, unresolved input links, blockers, owner/action plan and management readout. It is an illustrative example, not a customer case study.
The fee is €1,000 for the scoped diagnostic. Applicable taxes, payment arrangements, delivery timing, access and confidentiality arrangements are confirmed in the proposal before acceptance. A managed service is quoted separately; completing the diagnostic does not commit you to it.
The diagnostic does not include certification, legal/customs advice, a site or farm audit, laboratory testing, satellite investigation, unlimited supplier follow-up or a completed DDS for every shipment. The operator retains its regulatory responsibilities and final decisions.
When you proceed from the paid €1,000 diagnostic to an annual managed-service engagement, the €1,000 diagnostic fee is credited towards your agreed annual managed-service fees. The credit and its invoice treatment are recorded in your proposal. It is a service-fee credit, not a cash-refund offer. Read how the annual managed service and diagnostic credit work.
Use the qualification form. Your lead is saved before we show confirmation and an optional booking link. Do not submit supplier documents, coordinates or confidential commercial records through the enquiry form. Evidence sharing starts after scope and access are agreed.
A focused diagnostic before you commit to a recurring operating model.
