ENCODE INFO - FZCO is the controller of personal information collected through this website and determines how enquiry information is used to assess service fit and respond to requests. “We”, “us” and “our” in this notice refer to ENCODE INFO - FZCO, operating MarketPass by Encode.
Partner enquiries
The channel and referral partner form collects business contact details, company website, business type, markets, a high-level customer profile, preferred collaboration model and optional context. We use this information to assess and respond to a potential collaboration through Encode CRM, under the same service-provider and data-handling arrangements described in this notice. Do not submit customer lists, third-party contact details or confidential evidence. An enquiry does not create a partnership or consent to unrelated marketing.
Information we collect
The readiness form collects your name, business email, optional phone number, company name, website, establishment country, product and sourcing context, current EUDR approach and any optional high-level concern you provide.
It also sends the page address, referrer, campaign parameters and submission time. The website server and its infrastructure providers process technical request information, including IP addresses, for delivery and abuse prevention. Do not submit confidential supplier files, geolocation data or sensitive personal information through the form.
Why we use it
We use your enquiry to respond, assess whether our service fits your needs, prepare a conversation and maintain the resulting business relationship. Where applicable, the legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering a contract, and our legitimate interests in handling business enquiries, maintaining business records and protecting the website from abuse.
Submitting an enquiry does not sign you up for unrelated marketing. We do not sell enquiry information.
Service providers and recipients
The website runs on Hostinger hosting infrastructure. The server forwards enquiry information to the MarketPass account in Encode CRM, which uses GoHighLevel infrastructure. Authorised people handling the enquiry can access the resulting records. Booking information is processed through the existing calendar service when you choose to use it.
These providers may use infrastructure and subprocessors outside your country. Before operational evidence is shared, any required processing terms and international-transfer arrangements must be agreed for that engagement. This notice does not promise exclusive EU data residency.
Cookies and tracking
The public website does not set analytics or advertising cookies and contains no advertising pixels. It does not use browser storage to retain form entries. Technical service infrastructure may process requests for security and delivery. The external booking service has its own behaviour and notices; it loads only when you choose to open it.
Retention
We keep enquiry information while responding and assessing a potential engagement and thereafter only where needed for the business relationship, relevant record-keeping obligations or the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims. Retention depends on the purpose and applicable obligations; an EUDR evidence-retention rule is not automatically applied to every website enquiry.
You may request deletion of an enquiry that is no longer needed. Where a record must be retained, we will explain the applicable reason.
Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion or restriction, object to processing based on legitimate interests, and request portability where the legal conditions apply. You may complain to the relevant supervisory authority. We may need proportionate information to verify a request.
For privacy and data requests, contact privacy@marketpass.encodeinfo.com. Do not submit identity documents through the readiness form unless a separate, appropriate verification method has been agreed.
Automated decisions
The website does not make automated decisions about EUDR compliance or eligibility for regulated opportunities. Form validation and spam controls are technical checks; service-fit discussions involve human review.

This notice was prepared on 2 October 2026 and updated on 7 October 2026 for partnership enquiries. Material changes to processing will be reflected here. Separate engagement terms and data-processing arrangements apply to operational evidence.
